Diane Mills brings 25 years of sales & marketing experience to The Global Agent Academy. 

She has worked closely with fellow Global Agent Academy partner Matt Battiata, as he has grown his business and was named the #1 eXp individual agent WORLDWIDE in 2020 and 2021.  Working closely with Matt on a larger scale over the last two years opened Diane's eyes to the tremendous opportunity eXp brings to the Real Estate category. Having worked in numerous sectors, with regional and national brands from Mercedes Benz and Papa John's Pizza to Jerome's Furniture and The Mossy Automotive Group, Diane was energized by eXp's disruption of the traditional Real Estate franchise brick and mortar model. Diane recognized eXp as a disruptor in the Real Estate category, offering a cloud-based, agent-owned model, with multi-tiered revenue opportunities for agents and broker/owners alike. eXp is to Real Estate what Amazon was to brick and mortar retail.
